Another gem of a place on Gerrards cross high street! We tried the signature breakfast options - the Mediterranean and the ranchero, both were equally delicicious and really well made. Portion size: Jusr eight Flavours: really well put together and with plenty of kick! Service impeccable Special mention- their in-house focaccia bread was absolutely delicious! So fresh! We will be going back for another round over the summer holidays!

Fego in Gerrards Cross is a stylish and welcoming spot that consistently delivers on atmosphere and speed. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual coffee or a leisurely brunch, the setting is bright, modern, and relaxed—perfect for everything from a solo visit to a social catch-up. One of Fego’s standout strengths is the speed of service. Orders arrive promptly and efficiently, making it ideal if you’re on a schedule or simply appreciate not having to wait too long. However, while the service is fast and competent, the overall customer interaction can feel a little distant. Staff tend to fulfill only the minimum expected, which may be a reflection of the café’s payment system: a self-service barcode system that includes an automatic service charge. While convenient, this setup can inadvertently reduce the incentive or opportunity for more personal, attentive engagement from the team. A minor but notable point is the front door—the closer needs adjusting, as it tends to slam shut, which can be jarring in an otherwise calm environment. All in all, Fego offers an enjoyable experience with great ambiance and efficient service. A little extra warmth in the customer interaction, and a quick fix on the door, would take it from good to great.

We've visited this lovely cafe in Gerrard's Cross several times now. There are always lots of diners and a really nice atmosphere, the food is great, and there's a park just around the corner for them to burn off the extra energy, the kids love the milkshakes!

I recently had an unforgettable breakfast at Fego and I can't stop thinking about it! The South African breakfast, served in a roasting hot skillet, was absolutely incredible. The boerewors were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the poached eggs were done to perfection—silky and rich. The sourdough was thick, toasted to the ideal crunch, and paired beautifully with the meal. The thick-cut house-smoked bacon was another standout, rich and smoky, without being too overpowering. But the Fego chakalaka? Unbelievable—spicy, tangy, and just the right kick to balance the rest of the dish. And the coconut flat white? Smooth, creamy, with a subtle sweetness that was a perfect complement. Honestly, it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. I’ll definitely be making the 20-mile trek back.

We have been twice now and absolutely love it. Our favourite brunch spot. Quite expensive but it’s a nice treat and always happy with the food. So far we have tried to English breakfast, French toast, smoothies and the chai latte. All delicious. Staff are very friendly and even though it is walk ins only, it isn’t too difficult to find a table for 2. Will definitely be back.

Lovely little breakfast/brunch corner! Fancy foods but also traditional English breakfast options. Croissants and danishesi look lush and inviting! Loved the juices option: natural fruit juices! Lovely staff also. I give 4 stars just because is overcrowded, and the tables inside are too close to each other! But a really great place to take your child/friend/husband/parents for a Saturday brunch!

One of the best British restaurants out of London Highly recommended for the full English breakfast Cosy and warm environment
